Therefore we are convinced that farmers and companies have to provide a high transparancy into the food production on all levels

On that score we made contracts with our living-cattle suppliers containing detailled information about

  • Efforts of the orginator (farmer)
  • Quantity and price agreements
  • Breeding programmes
  • Stable and farming conditions
  • Requirements for fodder,feeding and fodder storage
  • The animal's health
  • Trasportaton rules
  • Controls / documentation / results


  • Allready at the end of the year 2000 more than 60 % of the suppliers are articled. A 100 % fixation is aimed.

    An articled, with controls and sanctions (if necessary) associated generation of meat, leads according to our opinion to a better coordination and integration of the different aspects of the food-security. Thus the highest possible health level can be reached.

    Slaughtering and cutting are controlled and documented incessantly according our integrated quality management concept.
